Shipping policy

Shipping Method: Due to the size and weight of our commercial equipment, most items ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. Standard delivery is "Curbside Only."

Accessorial Charges: Our quoted shipping rates assume a commercial delivery address with a loading dock or forklift. If you require a liftgate, residential delivery, or inside delivery, you must notify us prior to shipment, as these services incur additional fees from the carrier.

IMPORTANT: Damage in Transit: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. You must inspect all items before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). > * If the packaging is damaged, write "Damaged" on the BOL before the driver leaves.

• If you sign the BOL without noting damage, you are testifying that the machine arrived in good condition, and a freight claim cannot be filed later.

Handling Time: > * In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 2 to3 business days.

• Refurbished/Serviced Items: Please allow 7–14 business days for our technicians to perform a final diagnostic test, deep clean, and secure crating. We do not ship until a unit meets our mechanical standards.
